PLAN
An
essential part of Van Buren’s emergency plan is your current,
updated information on the emergency card. If you have not updated
changed phone numbers on your emergency cards please do so immediately.
We also need corrected phone numbers for anyone you give permission
to pick up your child, as well as, any cell phone number where
you may be reached. This is important information that we need
as soon as possible. Also, there are many students who have not
brought in emergency food and water for the earthquake supplies
in each room. If there were an emergency and children needed
food, water and snacks, without that supply we would be short
for our children’s needs. I know that this has simply been an
oversight on the part of some parents. If you don’t remember
if you sent one in, check with your teacher, they have a list
of those who still need to bring in supplies.
